Host data

Hosts sign in through Google OAuth and Supabase Auth. The service processes verified account identifiers, a display name supplied by Google, the login session, and the nickname and game preferences confirmed by the host.

Game summaries are linked to the host account to display history. A summary contains the mode, player count, settings, result, and time. It does not contain player nicknames, prompts, roles, or ballots. Hosts can delete summaries from game history.

Automatic time-based deletion of summaries is not enabled yet. The planned 90-day deletion will take effect only after its retention mechanism is implemented and verified; this policy will be updated first.

Recent-prompt exclusion history is stored separately from game summaries and keeps only the latest 10 records to reduce repeated prompts.

Guest data

Guests do not need an account. Joining processes the nickname entered by the guest, temporary room and session identifiers, and the room actions required to synchronize play and prevent another person from impersonating the session.

Live rooms are maintained by Cloudflare Durable Objects. Existing connections may view results for 30 minutes after a game; the room then closes and its secret state and result timer data are deleted.

Security, connection, and analytics data

Join and connection flows are rate-limited by source IP. Cloudflare Turnstile may be required after a risk threshold is reached.
Host authentication and guest room sessions use secure cookies.
Anonymous aggregate analytics exclude room codes, nicknames, prompts, roles, ballots, guest IDs, and host IDs.
Service logs do not record cookies, login credentials, prompts, roles, or nicknames.

Device permissions

The game does not request microphone permission, record audio, or perform speech recognition.

Payment data

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and processes payment data, tax calculation, and payment documents. Undercover Party does not receive or store complete card numbers. Subscription status, transaction identifiers, and billing outcomes are used to provide Pro access and billing history. When a page is marked as a test environment, checkout uses Paddle Sandbox and creates no real charge or official payment document.

Data requests

To request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of related data, contact support@undercoverparty.com and provide enough information to identify the scope of the request. Records required by applicable law will be retained as required.

Undercover Party is a face-to-face social deduction game. Phones deliver private prompts, countdowns, and voting while attention stays on the people in the room.

Plans and service status

Free is available to use. Undercover Party Pro offers monthly and annual subscriptions. The available checkout environment and subscription status are shown in Billing. Both cycles renew automatically; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period through the subscription-management link in Paddle payment emails.

Account and game use

Hosts sign in with Google to create and control rooms. Guests join without signing in.
Players must use non-abusive nicknames and participate without infringing the rights of others.
Leaving the page, locking the device, losing connectivity, or changing networks may interrupt the current game.
Automation, attacks, permission bypasses, and interference with the service or other players are prohibited.

Undercover Party Pro

Undercover Party Pro Monthly is USD 2.99/month and Undercover Party Pro Annual is USD 19.99/year. Both provide the same Pro features with different billing periods and renew automatically.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles secure payment, tax calculation, and payment documents. Checkout shows the seller, amount due, and tax.

Cancellation, refunds, and tax documents

Canceling stops the next renewal, while Pro remains available through the end of the current period. The current Pro period starts when payment completes. Except for duplicate charges, unavailable service, Paddle approval, or applicable law, started billing periods are generally not prorated or refunded. Rights guaranteed by applicable law take priority.

Changes and contact

Material changes to the service or transaction terms will be shown in an updated version. Use customer support for game and account questions, and billing support for payment, cancellation, and refund questions.

Refund eligibility

The current Pro period starts when subscription payment completes. Except for duplicate charges, unavailable service, Paddle approval, or applicable law, started billing periods are generally not prorated or refunded. When a page is marked as a test environment, checkout uses Paddle Sandbox and creates no real charge, so there is no real payment to refund.

Canceling a subscription

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically. Canceling stops the next renewal without ending the paid period early, and Pro remains available through the end of that period.

How to request a refund

For a duplicate charge, unavailable service, or another refund reason, contact billing@undercoverparty.com。Include the order or transaction identifier, and never send a complete card number or security code through a general public page.

Statutory rights

This product policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law. Any statutory cancellation, termination, or refund right depends on the actual transaction and applicable rules.
